All Zasop products are eligible for our 30-day, no questions asked, refund policy. If your product is faulty or damaged, you can email us with photographic proof & request a refund. 

If you would like a refund within the 30 day purchase period please email sales@zasop.com with a copy of your receipt and we will start the process. Once we have received the product (the product and packaging must be intact) we will start processing your refund.

Processing Refunds

We will notify you once your refund has been processed.

Once your refund has been processed a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days of receiving a processing notification from Zasop please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
